The 2023 Bash sold out the Port Pavilion once again last March, summoning thousands of funk-drunk souls and cementing Stache Bash as a household name in Southern California. Four stages, half a dozen bars, a roller rink and a ridiculous quantity of disco balls set the scene as we boogied into the night for a party unanimously known as the best Bash of all time. Modern music has no classification for Discotoshi, a funk-loving Bash staple with sound inspired by artists ranging from Prince, to Sly Stalone to Stevie Wonder. This dill-boy wears a lot of hats, and while he moonlights as its resident DJ, he's also one of the Bash's founding members. He spends the off-season diggin deep in the crates to find selects you only wish you'd heard before, layering classic samples and transforming the decks into world-class instruments of funk. Long time DJ and producer, DJ Dials and the current live music scene are one in the same. With an improvisational approach that feeds off crowd energy, his love for good music and great people gives him everything he needs to deliver disco-drenched sets that challenge a crowd to have as much fun as he has doing it.
Bash godmother Abby Normal has graced the Bash's dancefloor with her all-vinyl, all-genre, all-time turntable set for six years running, and she's back to do it again. Groovewell is more than a DJ collective, it's a brotherhood, consisting of four best friends brought together over a shared goal to consistently elevate the vibe and provide the opportunities to maintain the dance floor as a sacred space for connection, sell expression and above all else, an opportunity to be yourself.

Cool Sexy DJ is an up-and-coming selector hailing from the Bay Area. A longtime dance floor regular, she has found her way behind the decks of San Francisco's club scene. Influenced by disco, soul and R&B, she aims to please with elevated, groovy sets laced with nostalgia.
For an unrivaled arena to showcase of your sexiest '70s self, The Mustache Bash returns to Downtown San Diego's most stunning waterfront venue—the Port Pavilion on Broadway Pier. Suspended above the San Diego Bay, this one-of-a-kind venue features indoor and outdoor staging, a 100-foot bar, food vendors galore and installments from local artists. Bashers will boogie down on the water to a psychedelic light show amid the backdrop of San Diego's glowing cityscape. There's truly no prettier place to party.

Back in the early days, when the Bash was just a humble house party, the Mustache Bash Family Band was born and bred in a funky little jam den known as Winstons OB. Winstons was the incubator—the iconic live music venue where we watched the Fam Band's legendary members grow into the unstoppable forces they are today. For the second year running, we're headed back to Winstons for the official Bash Pre Party—with live jams by Sunsets (ep release), Futuresexuals, and Ru Ramo – a bash OG and true purveyor of funk. Doors open at 8:30.

To keep the party burning all night, we’re hosting the official Bash Afterparty at Spin Nightclub. Smolder in the grooves as Spin transforms into a disco dreamland with multiple stages featuring an exclusive set from Young Franco and live funk and DJ performances in the infamous “Funk Den.” Tack on an afterparty pass at checkout – just $35 bones to Bash the night away!
