Bottomless bars, four stages, live funk bands, disco DJs and thousands of funky souls spirited in their '70s best? You funkin' betcha! It's that same ole boogie by the bay, baby, only this time, a slightly different bay. And the best part—our friends won't be stuck outside missing all the fun.
