General Information (San Francisco Bash)

The Mustache Bash is a 21+ Festival. ID is required for wristband pickup and re-entry to the venue.

A Mustache Bash admission wristband includes access to both days Friday & Saturday subject to capacity limits.

Hotel programming runs Friday 4pm until 9:30pm & Saturday from 2pm until 9:30pm. Chambers programming runs from 9:30 pm until midnight.

Everyone is subject to search on entry to venues.

Re-entry is allowed at all venues, subject to capacity.

The show will take place rain or shine.

Lineup and set times are subject to change.

Hotel Package purchasers will receive an email prior to arrival with all hotel and check-in details.

After Hours entry at Chambers is included with the event wristbands for both Friday and Saturday subject to capacity. All Mustache Bash policies apply. After Hours event at Monarch is ticketed separately.

Where is the venue?

Can I rent a room at the Phoenix Hotel?
Yes - rooms are limited and subject to availability. You can purchase hotel rooms through our website.
Where can I park my car?
We highly recommend ride sharing to and from the fest. There will be designated Uber & Lyft drop off.
When can we expect set times?
Set times for The Mustache Bash will be posted on our website and social media pages a few days prior to the event date.
Do I need a mustache?
While mustaches are certainly encouraged in all shapes and sizes, they are not required for entry.
Do I need to dress up?
We strongly encourage dudes and dames alike to come clad in show-stopping '70s outfits.
Are tickets included in the hotel package?
No, tickets are not included in the hotel package. You have to purchase tickets separately.

Passes & Wristbands

Do The Mustache Bash Passes and Hotel Packages have a minimum age?
Each guest must be 21+ in order to attend.
How do I pick up my wristband?
All wristbands will be available for pickup on Sept 15/16 at our box office located at the entrance to the Phoenix Hotel. This is the ONLY pickup location for all passes and guests
Can I transfer my festival pass with a friend?

Can I purchase a table, daybed or cabana? Where do I get more information?

Can someone else pick up my order at the box office/will call?
No, each guest needs to pick up their own wristband with their government issued ID.

Hotel Packages

What’s included in a Hotel Package?
All hotel packages include a two-night stay (Check In Friday @ 3 PM - Check Out Sunday 12PM) at the Phoenix Hotel. All taxes are included. Please note this is a 21+ event and all Hotel Package guests must be of age to receive a Mustache Bash wristband.
Do packages include event passes?
Packages do not include event passes. Event passes are sold separately. Click here to purchase pass
What are the Check In and Check Out times?
The Phoenix Hotel
Check In: 3:00 PM
Check Out: 12:00 PM
Can I request an early check in or check out?
Early check in/late check out is subject to hotel availability and may cost an additional fee. This cost is the responsibility of the guest. All requests are not guaranteed. Please contact the Phoenix hotel directly to submit your request. The hotel will have your information on file two weeks prior to check in.
Will the hotel hold our bags if our room is not ready?
Yes, the hotel will be able to store your bags until your room is ready.
I called the hotel and they do not have my information on file?
Do not fret! The hotel will not have your reservation information on file until 2 weeks prior to the event.
How do I add names on my hotel reservation?
Feel free to reach out to our guest services team at contact@mustachebash.com and respond with your order # and the names you would like to add to your reservation. We will also be sending out an additional name survey closer to arrival.
How do I transfer my hotel package before the hotel transfer cutoff date?
To transfer your order to a friend, contact contact@mustachebash.com
How do I transfer my hotel package after the hotel transfer cut off date?
If you have to transfer your hotel package or add/change any names to your reservation after the cut off date: September 5th at 5pm PT
Can I add additional nights to my stay?
If you would like to purchase additional nights, feel free to book directly with the hotel. If you would like to link your reservations, be sure to book the same room type as your package. Once purchased, please reach out to contact@mustachebash.com with the package order number and hotel confirmation number, additional night dates and we will do our best to link the reservations. Please note requests are not guaranteed and subject to availability.
Can I upgrade my room?
No you are not able to upgrade your room
How do I request an ADA room?

How many guests can stay in my room?
Hotel occupancy is based on a maximum of two guests per bed. We cannot allow additional persons above the room occupancy in any package.
Is parking provided at the hotel?
Yes, parking is available at the hotels for a cost.
Is WIFI complimentary at the hotel?
Yes, wifi is complimentary for registered guests.
How do I check into the hotel?
You may check in directly with the hotel when you arrive at the standard check in time. Please be sure to bring your photo ID and credit or debit card to check into the hotel room. This credit or debit card will be used to pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room. This does not need to be the same card used to purchase your package.
What are hotel incidentals?
Incidentals are a pre authorization that will be collected at check in with a credit or debit card. Any unused balance will be automatically refunded after check out if there are no incidental charges.
What happens if there are any damages in the room?
Any damages, excessive cleaning and in-room smoking will be the responsibility of the guest. More details will be provided in your arrival information email.
Are there any mandatory fees charged at check in?
Housekeeping Gratuity Fee is a mandatory fee collected at check in to assist with the cleaning. This is the responsibility of the guest.

You will receive an arrival email which contains all important information on how to check in to the hotel, pick up your wristbands and more!
What happens if I arrive late to the Mustache Bash?
Your hotel reservation will be intact! Please reach out to Guest Services to let us know of your late arrival and we will make a note on your reservation with the hotel.
What if I need to cancel my hotel package and want a refund?
We do not offer refunds on room packages as all sales are final. However, you can transfer your ticket/reservation to a friend by reaching out to contact@mustachebash.com.
